How to resolve policy violations?
Ive got a lot of policy violations, for trademark misuse and restricted products. Current AHR is 136. I dont want to reinstate the listings. I just want to get rid of the violations so my AHR doesnt go below 100.
The listings status is "detail page removed"
From what i understand, these violations go away on their own in 6 months. Is there a way to get rid of them now since im no longer selling these products?

Did you click on submit appeal and acknowledge the ridiculous wording they have placed..
if so, 66% of them should disappear under restricted. There is no rhyme to reason what in your health dashboard is causing your 136.. the one thing I KNOW is causing it is slow sales. Get those numbers up without changing anything else and the number will go up
I have 2.76 ODR, 127 open violations with a HUGE banner that says y ou account is at risk of deactivation but AHR says Healthy 388

Clicked appeal and checked some boxes and now my violations are down to 50 from 127. So people need to stop issuing false information

I understand that you have some concerns about your account health rating being at 136.

Some violations have the option to take the forgiveness path. Check the appeal button. You may have the ability to acknowledge the violation. If acknowledging the violations do not remove them, you can address the original violation to remove it even if you do not intent to sell these items again. If no action is taken the violations will stay there for a total of 180 days.
Ive got a lot of policy violations, for trademark misuse and restricted products.
To better assist you with your trademark misuse and restricted products violations, I will need more information. Refer to the following questions:
How are the trademarks being misused?
Are the trademark violations suspected intellectual property violations or received intellectual property violations?
Why are these ASINs being seen as restricted product’s?
To learn more about how to address a restricted products policy violation and how to respond to an intellectual property policy violation, watch these videos. The forums community and I are here to help, so continue to post updates in the thread below.
All the best,
