Ships in Package Product Question (SIPP)

Can anyone tell me if the new SIPP program includes packing slips? Our items are gifts and have gift messages 90% of the time. We have a few products that would qualify for the SIPP program, but I don't see how the receiver would then have a packing slip with their gift message included.

We had this same issue with Veeqo for FBM orders we can't use them because orders shipped by them do not include packing slips. It's a customer service headache because then every order is a question on who sent them the gift. And without a packing slip it's very time consuming to find the order because we have the ship to name only. The person who ordered it is a different name and address and again with no packing slip the receiver doesn't have an order number. We have to go through all the orders within the general time frame and search one by one until we find the order by ship to name.
