Shipping templates revert to default

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me as Amazon seem unable to. I have set up my shipping templates and have every listing assigned to one but a lot of listings keep changing back to Amazon’s default shipping. I just received yet another international order with free shipping. I have lost money already on most of my orders. I keep changing the listings back to the correct shipping but I cannot do this 24/7. Can anyone please help?

Is this order from the UK site or an eu site ?
If from an eu site have you set up your prices on the shipping templates on your eu sites too ?

Have you definitely pressed Save at the very bottom of your screen after changing it? I only ask because I forgot to do this once
