Accidentally set quantity to 0 when adding variations - Urgent help needed

Accidentally set quantity to 0 when adding variations - Urgent help needed

Hi guys I need urgent help,

I added 5 more variations to my listing... and when I edited it, quantity was by default 0 on all of them, including the old ones.

When I clicked save and finish, all my inventory went to 0 for the existing variations and now Amazon shows I am out of stock for everything. This is very frustrating since I didn't touch the field when adding the variation to my old ones...

Now the sales stopped, please help

So, this is FBM and you are talking about "Manage Inventory"? Or do I miss something?

This is for FBA

Sorry, I just found the solution.

You have to select the variations, then click Actions -> Change to Fulfilled by Amazon

For some reason it changed to merchant when I added the new variations. Hope this helps if anyone makes the same mistake.
