multipe deactivated accounts

I am having a issue for quite a long time now. I have two deactivated accounts which are linked to each other. They both got deactivated a couple months ago and I have been moving back and forth but there is no way to get them reactivated.
The first account I created (per mistake) I created it in amazon.com, then I realized that since I reside in Spain that the best option for me was to create an account from amazon.es and so I did. At that time I didn’t know that I couldn’t have two sellers account under my name because of amazons policies, and I completely forgot about the first account I created.
After a few months operating in the second account (amazon.es) both accounts got deactivated. Since then I tried to reactivate the accounts following the process that amazon had indicated me. Which was to reactivate account n.1 and then proceed to reactivate account n.2. I tried to follow this process for multiple times but I did not succeed.
Then I came across an amazon operative, she told me the process that had been previously indicated to me was mistaken. She indicated me a whole new process which was that I first needed to delete account n.1 and then I could proceed to reactivate account n.2. So, I did.
She sent me a link through my email and I proceed to follow the instructions that link and email was indicating me. That indications made me delete multiple markets from account n.1 but not the account which was what I understood in the first place. That actions made me terminate multiple markets in that account and now I completely loose the access to it.
Right now, my problem is that customer service from account n.2 is telling me that I have the Mexican market from account n.1 deactivate it and I need to reactivate it for me to be able to completely reactivate account n.2 which is the one I am interested in keeping and operating from. Since I terminated the markets as I explained previously, I am completely unable to do that because when I terminated the markets I lost complete access to them and I am not able to see them in any way.
Could somebody please help me with this issue? I dont know how I need to proceed further or if somebody ever find themselves in the same position as I am. Please, any help is appreciated.

What a mess! The only solution is to get account 1 verified in all countries and then put all unwanted countries into holiday mode. You cannot keep account 2 at all. You have opened a global account (more expensive) and that is the only one you can keep if you can get it verified.
Go back to the case you opened and proceed from there to re-activate account 1
