Delisted for “High Pricing” (Even Below fair Market Value): When is there Human Review?

Currently experiencing a frustrating issue on Amazon Seller Central.

One of our listings has been delisted for “potential high pricing,” yet the price fully reflects Amazon referral fees and standard operating margin. I’ve followed all recommended steps, reduced the price (even below fair market value), and the system continues to flag it incorrectly.

At this point, it appears the automated pricing reference points may be inaccurate, and repeated attempts to engage Seller Support have only redirected me back to the same automated workflow.

There needs to be room for proper human intervention when the system clearly isn’t reflecting commercial reality. Sellers should not be penalised for pricing that simply accounts for platform fees.

Hoping this can be escalated and reviewed properly.

Hello @Seller_jHS6Zi2FE6Bsj,

We appreciate you reaching out to us over Forums. We understand automated pricing flags can sometimes not reflect the full commercial picture, including referral fees and operating margins.

Could you please share your Support Case ID here? We'd like to look into this further and ensure it receives a proper review.

This happens all the time to my products. What is even more ridiculous is Amazon does not even tell you the price at which they will allow you to sell your own products! Or it allows you to list them and then arbitrarily removes them later on when the useless bot decides the price is "wrong" (often when your listing is still the lowest). No seller has the time to open cases for every item where this happens - I would spend my entire life on it and still not get my listings as I want them. Listing on ebay instead is my preferred solution now. Hope that works for Amazon as well as Amazon works for me.

I have a number of items marked as over priced

Last time I was the Only seller

The reference was My selling price

I agree I normally just move and sell on eBay

Whoever programmed the AI has obviously Never sold Anything

Tried this before. Total waste of time - the support person fails to resolve and then just goes silent.
