Returns Over 30 days
Hello Everyone
We supply training shoes and are quite new to Amazon. We have just had a message from a customer who had some trainers delivered over 50 days ago. Has worn them but now finds them uncomfortable and wants a full refund. Whats your view guys? I'm just concerned he will but in an AtoZ and it will go against us, whats your view guys?

Generally, Amazon does not offer free returns on shoe products that are more than 30 days old.
However, if the buyer believes the product is defective and initiates a claim, Amazon may pass on his request ... I would suggest you to negotiate with him like compensating him part of the money and then he can keep the shoes. After all, shoes that have been used for more than 30 days can no longer be sold as new.
