Hello,

I was just looking at a sellers feedback (all positive), however noticed several of their 1 star feedback had been removed with the reason “Amazon takes responsibility for this fulfillment-related experience.”, however when looking at the actual feedback I dont understand why amazon would actually remove it. Does anyone know whats going on here?

" 2 out of 5 stars The regulator turned up but cannot adjust working pressure… Unless you look eagle eyed at the description you cannot see that its not adjustable…The main issue for me is that the working pressure although pre set is not at the 25-40 psi stated but mine is at 52psi. The description says 25-40 psi…Sitting at 52 psi in my living room doesnt fill me with confidence.

“On two back to back occasions I’ve ordered the larger version to fit a 17mm hose, and both times the 13mm has arrived. Frustrating.

“The solenoid operated isolation valve allows 1 bubble/sec leakage when shut. This is a significant amount at night. Is this the best I can expect.
