Brand Approval and Ungating UK Topical

I am a UK sole trader on UK amazon FBA and would like to sell Topical items in UK amazon Seller Central FBA Account. For this, I choose a couple of UK well-known Brands and try to sell their products on UK Amazon FBA. As usual, Amazon ask for approval to sell the topical items from these UK well-known Brand. So I bought the products from the manufacturer. Then uploaded and sent the Invoices (Invoices came from the manufacturer) for 10 units to Amazon to get approval several times during the last 6 months.

Although every single times the invoices are OK including manufacturer UK address, VAT Number, Contact details as well as my Full Name, Address Contact details, email (My details are the same as my Amazon FBA account info), Amazon declined my applications.

Now I would like to get a help from ‘‘Funnel Guru’’ which they saying they would be able to ungated these brands and UK Topical items. Has anyone here have an experience to ungated services from ‘Funnel Guru’? Are they legit?
