Listing Loader File Status "In Process" for over an hour!

We're attempting to utilize the "new" Listing Loader File spreadsheet to add products already in Amazon's catalog, and it is taking forever! It's been well over an hour, with no signs of progress. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

We tried logging out and logging back in, but that did not help. Deleted cookies/cashe/history, unplugged it and plugged it back in. Nada.

Yet another new and unimproved process that we didn't need or ask for! SMH.

UPDATE:

We had to open Case ID 17403733261 on this issue, as the ListingLoader file of 103 KB was still not processed after over 4 hours! The Seller Support specialist, Ed, was refreshingly professional and helpful, but his explanation for this issue highlights the issues with Seller Central:

For one, there is no expectation set for how long sellers should expect these ListingLoader files to process.

Secondly, when the Check Upload Status does "get stuck" at "In Progress," you'll need to contact Seller Support in order for them to cancel the "stuck" upload. We cannot simply cancel it ourselves.

Lastly, the expectations for this process are hidden on a help page

Here's what it says:

Has the Inventory file been delayed?

To determine if a submitted inventory file has been processed, go to Check Upload Status within the Add Products page in Seller Central. The status of submitted inventory files will appear as Request Submitted, In Progress, or Done. Processing time will depend on the file size. Small files can load in minutes, while larger files (greater than 5 MB) might take up to eight hours to process. If a small file is not processed within an hour, it is potentially stuck. Likewise, if a large file is not processed within eight hours, it is potentially stuck. In the event that this occurs, contact Selling Partner Support to abort the inventory file upload so it can be submitted.

Per my chat with Ed at 4pm EST on 3.12.25, he said:

I coordinate with our internal regarding the issue with the feed upload, and they confirm that there's an going update that causes delay to file upload with file size 26.6K feeds across EU/NA regions.

Here's where I take issue with this: A blank ListingLoader file generated by Amazon for us to upload is 76.5 KB, or nearly 3 times the size of the 26.6 KB upload feeds that are causing the issue. This is a relatively small file size to be causing such delays. In the future, we'd like to see Amazon Seller Central refrain from "improvements" that are not thoroughly tested before launch.

Additionally, we uploaded the file again as directed. We checked first thing today, only to find that we were 0/26 in records successful/records submitted. The attached ListingLoader-processing-summary file shows all 26 errors were coded 4000000 as "An internal error has occurred. Please try again."

Ironically, we also uploaded the "old-school" way with an Inventory Loader File, which resulted in processing of 29/29 SKUs.

My head hurts.
