ACCOUNT SUSPENDED OVER 1 YEAR NOW WITH OVER 100 APPEALS REJECTED
Hi,
I need help with getting my Amazon account reinstated, account was suspended due to sales increase. I have provided Amazon with over 50,000 tracking numbers for all orders shipped which were delivered successfully, I have sent them over 50 supplier invoices along side bank statement to verify and confirm that I have inventory to fulfil all orders, however they were not satisfied. It has now been over 1 year since suspended. I have spoken to multiple Amazon account health specialist in which all have said now after 1 year they cannot verify tracking. There is no delivery company that hold tracking data for over 1 year.
I would like some moderator to step in and help because I have waited long enough and I am not getting anywhere

@Seller_Q8vEkBlglEwfL - out of all those forum mods you have tagged, I'm afraid only Joey and Jonathan have been active recently - the others no activity for months, and Julia 3 years !!, so assume they have left. Some of the newer current ones are Topher, Indy, Kai, TaylorR - so hopefully some of those might respond.

Hi ALPHA TOYS4U
According to Companies House your company is about to be struck off. You have to sort this out immediately otherwise your account will never get reinstated and any monies/assets will become property of the crown.

In good old days sellers with this type of problem would give details of the reason their account were deactivated. many would also post their POA, for fully understanding of the problem and solution.
The point is that it is near impossible to advise you without knowing what the issue is. I suspect the reason Amazon could not reopen your account is not due to the fact they could not track those orders. Delivery companies don't keep tracking information forever. Amazon is still rejecting your appeal because you may have not provided {in the view} a reasonable /acceptable POA.
If you post the deactivation message and your last appeal somebody might have something to add. Please remove personal data if you decide to share these messages.

Hello,
This is Zyan from Amazon, and I am here to assist you. I understand your frustration with having your account suspended for over a year due to High Not Received rate following a sales increase, especially after providing 50,000+ tracking numbers and 50+ supplier invoices with bank statements, only to be told that tracking data can no longer be verified after this time period.
I want to educate you on an alternative approach to address this situation. Since delivery companies typically do not retain tracking data beyond one year, and Amazon Account Health specialists have confirmed they cannot verify tracking after this period, you will need to provide alternative proof of delivery documentation. This can include proof of delivery receipts from your delivery company showing successful deliveries during the suspension period, customer confirmation emails or messages demonstrating that customers received their orders, signed delivery confirmations if you collected them at the time, order confirmation screenshots from customers, or delivery company statements showing your successful delivery rates for that specific time period. Any documentation that proves your customers actually received their orders during the time in question will strengthen your appeal significantly.
I understand this is a challenging situation given the time that has passed, but providing comprehensive alternative proof of delivery documentation is your best path forward to demonstrate that orders were successfully fulfilled despite the tracking data no longer being accessible. The key is to show through any available records that customers received their products and that the High Not Received rate concern was not valid.
Next Steps:
- Gather all available proof of delivery receipts from your delivery company for the suspension period
- Collect customer confirmation emails, messages, or screenshots showing successful receipt of orders
- Obtain delivery company statements or reports showing your delivery success rates during that time
- Submit a new appeal with this alternative documentation clearly explaining that tracking data is no longer available after one year
The community and I are here to support you.
Regards,
Zyan

Hello! My account was suspended for over a year and in the end I used a company called the Appeal Guru and although it cost me about £500 they got me in in 1 appeal!
This does not work in the US where they have a different appeal system
