Net proceeds of my seller account is 0 and amazon never release funds to me in the last 3 weeks, anyone can help me?
I found the net proceeds of my seller accout is 0 and all my funds on amazon.com are reserved, I do not know why amazon should reserve all my money.
There is total balance of $1039.17 in my seller account, so it should have net proceeds. I have orders everyday and I found all my money are keeping reserved. I think this is not normal, so I have opend a case to figure it out. But the seller support forwarded my case to another team and I have not receive a reply from them. The forwarded case will need a long time to be resolved or it will be left unaddressed as I have gone through this before.
I hope someone there can read this and help me to figure out why my net proceeds is 0. That is very normal if you are a new seller. If you do FBM, the system doesn't know if and when you sent your orders out. If you do FBA, the system doesn't know if the customers will be satisfied with your product or if they will return it and must receive a refund. For this, Amazon needs your money. Once the system sees that you are a serious seller with a serious behavior it will keep just the half as reserve.

But I received the latest payment on September 19th, just now I can not receive the payment as normal.
Then how long will amazon reserve my funds? It has been 3 weeks.
