Account deactivation due to multiple accounts - unsure how to find the multiple accounts and deactive the wrong account

Hi, I am based in the UK and have had my account deactivated. I am unsure how I can have multiple accounts linked to one email address.

Please assist with how I can identify the wrong accounts and deactivate them and reactivate my UK seller acc.

The link doesn't have to be through your email address. It can be almost any piece of information on your account which matches another account.

As for finding the link, Amazon typically give you the name of the linked account when they send you the suspension notice.

Ash here to assist. It has been understood that you need help on the account reactivation which has been linked to another selling account.

Did you register any global selling account in any other regions?

Unfortunately, you wouldn’t be able to close or delete the other account until you resolve the account violations.

You may have accidentally created a second account when changing your username on amazon? Check the different marketplaces at the top of seller central because changing it that way can result in you creating multiple accounts
