EVRI FRAUDULENT ADJUSTMENTS AFTER USING THE AMAZON BUY SHIPPING - AMAZON ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN

Again today I have £37 of additional shipping charges paid out of my account to Evri for their fraudulent adjustments of parcel weight and dimensions. This needs to stop as it only happens on Amazon - Packlink never do this? So how is it that it keeps happening to thousands on Amazon?

Contacted seller support via chat which was a waste of time as always is and was told to contact Evri myself?????

Absolutely furious as its neverending .... All my dimensions are correct and carrier states the same? WHY DOES NO-ONE AT AMAZON CHECK THIS BEFORE PAYING AS CLEARLY THEY KNOW THERES A BIG PROBLEM WITH SELLERS BEING INCORRECTLY OVERCHARGED? EXAMPLE BELOW OF WHICH I HAVE 6 THE SAME AND THEN A FURTHER CHARGE OF £12.00 FOR ANOTHER PARCEL THEY CLAIM IS 5KG WHEN THE ITEM IS 1.2KG AND GOES OUT BUBBLEWRAPPED? SOUL DESTROYING

this is why I’ve stopped buying Evri through Amazon. Only seemed to be few pence each time for me then following month I would get credits showing. The amounts never tallied and I never received the money back anyway.😳😳 they never told me what the extra charges or the “credits”.

Never knew where I was - so I stopped buying through Amazon

These are fraudulent 'adjustments' by evri, and amazon is knowingly allowing this criminal activity to continue.

As amazon is knowingly allowing this to continue, they are equally guilty under the joint enterprise law.

I hope someone from amazons legal team is reading this, as this is a multi million pound fraud being committed.

I'm extra charged for Evri parcels ,, Adjustments,, between 26/04/2026 and 29/04/2026. These new charges have now affected a total of 347 parcels and have caused financial losses of £1,028.88.

Yes we are getting the same 26 so fare this week and all details we entered are correct and evri confirmed but still re charge we bought through amazon and paid the amount shown How can this be legal if you buy goods or services and pay the price agreed at time of purchase HOW CAN THEY JUST TAKE MORE MONEY .

We briefly used Evri as a trial at the start of the year to save a bit of cash on low value items, we sent these ourselves not using any third-party shipping service.

We sent about 30 or 40 parcels and all went well until we got a message that 2 or 3 of our parcels were heavier than we declared so we would be charged an excess, we know for a fact that we put in the correct weights as we've been doing this a very long time and we don't make mistake like this and all out paperwork checks out.

We contacted Evri to refute these claims with copies of our paperwork and asked for proof in the strongest possible manner, they of course back tracked making the excuse of a glitch in the system. Therfore they lost a customer

Now as we don't use any third parties so this was a very easy to achieve and looking at all the threads on buy Amazon shipping my advice would be to plough your own furrow and do the shipping yourselves. Whatever benefits Amazon promise does not seem to be worth the hassle, time loss and monetary loss We all know far to well that if Amazon can pass the buck they will, very quickly, like a very hot potato

evri did this to me the other year through the evri account on their app i contested everything and won during this they had lost 7 parcels we never sent anything with them again due to these claims and the lost of orders and poor customer service from them went to royal mail we drop off now at the post office as royal mail collections were just as bad with stuff not getting scanned
