Invoices Keep Getting Rejected as Over 180 Days Old – Even Though They’re New

Hi everyone,

I’m a new seller and just starting to work my way through getting brand approvals.

The issue I keep running into is that Amazon keeps rejecting my invoices with the same message every time:

“You have provided an invoice that was issued more than 180 days ago or shows the products were shipped more than 180 days ago. You must provide an invoice issued within the last 180 days or showing that the products have been shipped within the last 180 days.”

The thing is, my invoices are dated 01/10/2025, so they’re clearly within the last 180 days.

It’s getting really difficult now as I’ve nearly spent all my budget trying to get ungated, and I can’t see what I’m doing wrong. The confusing part is that I actually managed to get approved for LEGO using the exact same format of invoices, but now everything else keeps getting rejected.

Has anyone else had this issue or know what I might be missing? Any advice would be massively appreciated.

Thanks!
