Amazon.co.uk bill me for no reason

Amazon.co.uk bill me for no reason, it is a small amount but it is frustrating each time to bill my bank account for no reason.

I wanted to sell on amazon.co.uk and took the seller subscription with monthly fee on february 2018, but they didn’t approved me as a seller, but kept billing me 4 months. At that time, after a month of discussion with them, they returned money to my seller account, but was unable to refund to my bank account, they said must wait till july 2018, but still nothing. So I can’t get my money back (all fees that i was billed) from them. More than this they suspended my account and kept billing my credit card with small amounts (from 0.15 euro to 1.15 euro). For this reason I removed my credit card to stop this. But I got email that I will unable to get my fees back to my Bank account/Deposit method if my Charge method will not be set (I don’t get this point) but I was trapped 2nd time and put my credit card information back and each time they billed my credit card.
I am really frustrated, and I get no support from them. It is already more than a half year and they keep my account under review.

Now when I send them email I get an automated reply:
“You may no longer sell on Amazon. As a result, we are not able to assist with this request at this time.”

  1. The small amounts were not actually charged to your card, they are test charges that are never actually taken. This is to confirm the card is valid. Deleting the card from your account was the worst thing you could have done.

  2. Right now, got to your settings in Seller Central and look for “Downgrade your account”. Then downgrade to individual so that you won’t get charged again. There might be one more charge depending on the billing cycle.

  3. Continue your discussions with Seller Support but DO NOT remove your card from your account. They will give you your money back.

  4. Only worry what has actually been billed, NOT the test amounts.

Good luck.
