Proof of Affiliation

Hello There,
I was selling good on Amazon, but recently two of mine listings got removed by the Amazon and Amazon said that the UPCs aren’t matching with the GS1 US Database, and they need poof of affiliation between the UPC and the brand after that they will reinstate our listings. Otherwise, our listings will permanently be removed.

I tried to provide a different certificate from the GS1, but they’re still asking for the proof of affiliation.

Anyone please guide me about the proof of affiliation and what it is? I am very concerned by taking our affected listings. I want them to be active as soon as possible.

I will be very grateful for the person who will help me in this matter…
Thanks…

Does the brand name in GS1 match the brand name on the listing?

As @Hit_or_Miss asked, does your brand name match the GS1 brand name exactly? If not, why not?

Is your brand a subsidiary of the GS1 Certificate holder? If so then you should have no problem explaining the affiliation to Amazon. If you are not the brand owner but instead are selling another brand’s products, you must get a letter of authorization from that brand to sell their items on Amazon. Then you should change the brand name of the product to the owner’s brand name, which should then match the GS1 certificate.

If you are selling your own private label product, your business should be listed as the brand and your GS1 certificate should match your business name.

The brand name on the listing must exactly match the name on the GS1 certificate.
