AMAZON REFUNDED CUSTOMER A-Z CLAIM WHEN ITEM DELIVERED

Amazon has refunded 3 customers this week despite them showing as delivered and signed for with a photo.

1 of the items the customer has messaged advising it was delivered to a neighbour who is refusing them to give them the item and has stolen this.

How can this be the sellers fault and money deducting from seller funds.

this is insane and not sure if we can continue to afford these type of claims being awarded.
