How to get reponse from Amazon customer support
Hello,
We are trying to resolve a case regarding our account health. We have updated the information and submitted the appeal.
But we are not getting any response from the Amazon support team. We also tried help options (call/email) but still no use. The live chat option is also unavailable for our account.
We are facing loss and getting demotivated, what are the possible options we can try?

Then you just have to wait for Amazon to respond. Check your performance notifications regularly in case they ask for more info. If you look at the many other threads on here, you will see that appeals are currently taking weeks, if not months, and there is no way to speed up the process. Trying to do so by sending follow-up e-mails does not work and is likely to put you to the back of the queue each time
