Item in FC Processing for 23 days now
Hello, I have had to resort to forms as Amazon support is sending me in circles and was hoping other sellers could advise. I have an ASIN that received an IP complaint on the 4th of May 2024 and I had the appealed and removed on the 5th of May. One day and it was gone. The next day the item was selling (6th of May). Then suddenly on the 7th of may my entire stock 800+ units was put in FC PROCESSING. I contacted support and was told it was out in quarantine due to the ip violation. I showed I removed the violation and the was told all that needs to happen is this needs to be updated on the backend. This then led to around two and a bit weeks of me waiting and contacting again and again to check if it was updated on the backside. The I was told it has been updated and now stock just needs to be moved back to shelves so it can be available to sell and was told this will take 3 days max. It has been a week since that and now I am being told they need to still update it on the backside and I keep getting transferred to some external team. Can someone please help
