What to do when attacked by another seller?
Have just received the below message.
Have reported this issue but not had any help/response whatsoever.
I have not had any bad feedback from buyers. Is it worth just accepting Amazon don’t care and not selling these anymore?

Hello, we are the service provider.
We received an invitation from the seller to attack your account.
Because you sold this listing.
As a result, this listing received many bad reviews…
We warned you before, but you didn’t respond
So we purchase 7 orders in your store.
Because I’m just reminding you for the first time
We don’t want you to lose too much money.
So we cancelled 4 orders.
You can query the order number in the background.
We have a large number of buyer’s accounts and credit CARDS.
So it’s easy to buy all the products in your store.
There are still 3 orders that have not been cancelled.
If you’re willing to cooperate.
Promise not to sell this listing anymore.
We do not complain and refund an order.
I’ll give you 24 hours
If we don’t get an email response within 24 hours.
Even beyond a second.
We will purchase 5-20 orders of your products every day.
We will not cancel another order.
And we will keep complaining.
My term of service is 40 days
If you do not sell this listing with this account within 40 days, I will not attack you again.
But if you continue to sell this listing, we will buy a lot of your products.
We just keep complaining.
After that, I will not cancel any order. How much goods will you lose, how much money will you lose, and the account will be blocked, or even the funds will be frozen.

First of all - which listing are you selling on - its likely you’ve listed on a listing that is a generic product that has been branded that you should not have been listing on.

What is the ASIN?
Are you listing under someone else’s brand name?
Seller_SITNVuZK87zGK
Oh I missed the ASIN in all the order numbers.

The Chinese seller has an ‘about themselves’ in the product description
Does the product have a barcode ? Did you match it ?
Seller_G23Qt4E8DUlCh
I made a test order before I listed, there was no barcode, tag or anything on it.
Seller_G23Qt4E8DUlCh
They ordered other products that were MFN, some were cancelled, some not.
I didn’t have much in FBA so im thinking as Amazon aren’t doing anything to help it might be better to just remove it.
Seller_G23Qt4E8DUlCh
I need to find the other orders as they only gave me the cancelled order ID’s.
Its annoying as im sure if I even thought of communicating with another seller like this I would be suspended straight away!

Surely there must be some way of reporting this - it is outrageous !
Maybe tag in one of the new mods.

We had this on a generic product back during the pandemic, we were selling hundreds every day it was a very cheap microphone adapter. We had someone message us very similar to the ops message and they did indeed buy several with different accounts, it damaged us greatly we were suspended for months, this is just a word of warning as it really does damage your business!! I would come off that particular listing and market the product yourself. I also understand Amazon wanting all generic items listed under the same ad but it is extremely difficult when Amazon themselves say you can list the same product but the seller who created the listing does not want anyone else to tag on. I find it outrageous that messages like these are not deemed as threatening as clearly it is and quite distressing in some cases.
