The main image is missing.
Some products that have been released for a long time are suddenly banned from displaying due to the loss of the main image. No matter what size of image is uploaded or the product position is changed, it cannot be uploaded successfully. Is there any other good way to successfully upload the main image?

Had similar issue with one of my child ASIN. I have tried everything under the sun to rectify it but no success. I eventually contact Amazon to rectify the problem and that was a disappointment as usual no help.
I had to delete that ASIN altogether and recreated a brand new listing with a new ASIN. I eventually lost all the reviews that was awarded to the deleted ASIN.
This was my last resort.

Same issue here. Listing has been active for 2 years and then suddenly suppressed due to no main image. The main image is fully compliant.
Tried:
Uploading via "suppressed image link"
Uploading via catalogue/upload images
Updating via edit product
Image manager in catalogue/upload images just says rejected as the same image was previously uploaded
Also tried deleting product & listing, waiting 24hrs then relisting - same result.
Opened another ticket today asking to escalate as there is clearly a glitch causing this.

What kind of products do you all sell?
As our name implies we sell hampers. I kept getting told by SS that my image showed multiple angles within one image but naturally our main image has multiple products within the image.
I have raised several cases with SS, and I am now being told that my issue is with "internal teams" apparently these internal teams have more knowledge than SS...now a week on and I am still awaiting a response and for now have stopped updating any imagery.
And if SS send me the product requirements once more, I will lose my mind. I have read them back to front and inside out, I have had our internal graphic designer check the images and they fit Amazon's requirements, what more can you do?!
