The invoice is not accepted even though the product was purchased from Amazon.

Hello, although I bought the product from Amazon, I received a fake warning and my account was restricted. Although I sent the invoice, I received a rejection response. What should I do? Can you please help me?

Amazon is a retailer and as such, they are not a valid supply chain according to Amazon. Some people get away with it, some don't.

You should have sold the item as "Used - As new" even though you may think that is is new.

What you now do, I don't know, sorry. Maybe admit your error and tell them you won't do it again and will use authorised distributors in the future.

There was another seller just earlier who has had their account deactivated for buying from Amazon and then reselling . That really is not allowed as your invoice,- see this thread further down the page:

https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/seller-forums/discussions/t/4b1f2a90-f445-432b-affd-033d596df939

I would assume that it is not a full, proper invoice with all the suppliers details included - receipts are not usually accepted.

You appear to be buying stock on/from Amazon. In case you're unsure why that would be an Amazon seller policy violation here's a brief explanation.

While that may well be the stock you are sending out you can't prove it is the same stock. It could also be viewed as an attempt to legitimise counterfeit products which is why Amazon want to trace an unbroken supply chain between any seller and the manufacturer/recognised wholesaler. The oldest trick in the Amazon counterfeiters textbook was buying 10 genuine items to legitimise selling 1000 fakes which is why Amazon increasingly now asks for invoices covering all items sold on their platform.

Amazon sees one of the biggest threats to their brand to be the platform getting a reputation for selling fake goods, so are overcautious to protect their brand. In turn that protects the businesses of Amazon sellers.

If the things established earlier in the thread are proven to be correct you may struggle to get your account/s reactivated with Amazon. If you've sent those products back into Amazon as FBA stock you have a bigger problem on your hands but if you're holding stock you want to sell then Ebay/Facebook marketplace etc are a lot more relaxed about establishing supply chains but will act on reports of fake goods. That won't be a problem with stock bought direct from Amazon.
