All listings suspended, ID successfully verified, 10 year seller, bug in system?
Last week our withdrawals were stopped as pending ID verification. On Friday we get an email to say we have sucessfully been verified and funds were accessable again. Now since Saturday all our listings have been suspended. There are no reasons on our account. Seller support say our account is all in good standing and active. But it isn't. In account health at the bottom it says "Funds are held because you have not completed the identity verification process." however I click through and it says "Verification Completed Successfully" and all is Green. I think this might be a glitch. We have lost 2 days of sales this weekend with 75% of our business relying on Amazon.
Any help would be very much appreciated!
