I sent products to amazon (75 units) through a non partnered carrier and I can see that they have now been delivered to the Amazon warehouse. Whilst i created a shipment and added labels to all my products, when logging back in there was no record of the shipment created.
I considered creating a shipment after and adding the parcel tracking number but after speaking to Amazon I was advised not to do this. The representative stated that when the items are checked in, the FNSKU scanned will enable Amazon to upload the items to my inventory. The representative said to wait a minimum of 14 days.
It is a silly mistake I made but I wanted to check if anyone has had a similar experience and how they dealt with it?

I am unsure why you would use a non partnered carrier as UPS being a partnered carrier is quite cheap for the service, for example I pay around £3/£4 for a box. Presuming you are in the UK though.
Regarding the shipment, have a looked to see if it in the send to amazon page or the active workflows? When you created the shipment, did you go through each step so step 1 confirm > 2 - Confirm shipping and then Step 3 - Print box labels > and confirmed?
What carrier did you use?
