Read onlyMy account has been showing as inactive for a long time now and I've tried several times to click through to find out why, only to get stuck in a loop where it just keeps saying "Your account is inactive. You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated." I keep re-adding my credit card but nothing changes.
I gave up as I can't even contact help as my "account is inactive" but now I've had an email saying that I've sold something and must dispatch it. I can't as all links take me back to the same inactive message. I've stressed about it all Christmas and spent hours trying to resolve it but nothing works. I've scoured these forums and tried things people have suggested but nothing works or even makes sense. I feel sorry for the buyer who won't get their item... how long will it take Amazon to decide that it won't be sent and refund them? And how on earth do I sort out my account? By the way, I'm not a business and have only ever sold a handful of items over many years. Thanks for any help anyone can give!
