False Patent Claim - Infringement Claim
Hi,
I am seller for roughly 3 years and got a patent infringement after I got the bestseller batch end of last week and now my ASIN is blocked.
Unfortunately I have not received any information about the patent / design number.
Support is just giving the same copy / past answer regardless of what I ask them.
There is no further information in the Amazon Policy Warning message about the patent number I am violating against.
The only information I got is:

Message from the patent owner: I am a UK and EU design attorney. The nail scissors of the registered design have been copied in every respect by the ASIN. They are identical. As such, the ASINs should be removed for design infringement.
