Lowest Price not considering item condition

I found a similar post (link at bottom) identifying this issue but still no solution. The "Lowest price" feature just taking the lowest price of any condition--so my "New" item does have the lowest price out of any New item, but it's not showing as the lowest price because there are used items selling for less. Is this still occurring for others?
