Brand Name has been changed by somebody.
We created two listings and have been selling them for a long time. We are authorized seller of the products. Today the brand names were suddenly changed. I contacted Seller Support and requested that they restore the original brand names, but they were unable to do so. They recommended creating a new listing with the original brand name, but this would result in losing all the feedback. Unfortunately, I didn't complete the brand registry for these products.
How can I restore the original brand names for the hijacked listings?
