Product Reviews & Using Request A Review Option

Hello All

Love to understand everyone’s thought as sellers on reviews vs sales ratio. Right now were up to around 200 orders a month for FBA yet feedback is a big fat 0.

You have an option to request feedback between 5 - 30 days on the order details page but then it states amazon don’t like you doing this and so was wondering what the point of the button is?

What are sellers doing to prompt a review and our category is spices, salts etc
