The item name product title was changed, not by me (and I'm the brand owner): now it's wrong

I’m the brand owner of ASIN B07FH6TV92 and I’m the only one I authorise to sell on Amazon.

I discovered Amazon changed the item name. The wording now is inaccurate (coffee: dark roast instead of medium) and misleading (drip coffee: it’s not meant for drip coffee machine).

There is no way to change it via product upload file. I opened a case 9 days ago, no reply yet. This is impacting sales and moreover is misleading for potential buyers.
