No End of Day Form
We are getting the error:
"No shipments are available to generate the end-of-day form"
Despite having generated plenty of shipments today through Buy Shipping Royal Mail.
Has anyone had this happen before? I'm sure the driver will still take them but I'm more worried about VTR.

Same here, I ended using an emergency manifest form. Buy shipping as been a nightmare all week and now this.

You should download an emergency manifest form from RM and fill it in manually and hand to the driver along with your post. We have done this a couple of times when we have had issues with producing our manifest through C&D, never had any problems with the post or VTR when we have done this.

This doesn't work for us as I don't use OBA directly so don't have an OBA Posting Location Number.

I tried posting the full link to the emergency manifest but it says it's against the forum rules - so try copying this link and remove the spaces:

We ship everything through Veeqo so we just used their manifest for the non-Amazon orders. We've used the emergency manifest loads of times, the postie won't care as long as there's something to scan. The fact it's not working for any of us suggests it's just a one-off error.

It looks like its just the non Tracked items that are not manifesting. I got a manifest from Amazon but it only had the tracked items on it.
