No End of Day Form

We are getting the error:

"No shipments are available to generate the end-of-day form"

Despite having generated plenty of shipments today through Buy Shipping Royal Mail.

Has anyone had this happen before? I'm sure the driver will still take them but I'm more worried about VTR.

Looking at my OBA account online it looks like it didn't create any orders on there from yesterday for the ROYAL MAIL 24\48 items. It did create the paperwork for my ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 items. These are only created on the OBA system when the are scanned.

Good news, it seems to be working. Fingers crossed you'll find the same too.

It was pretty annoying what happened yesterday and hopefully, there will be no repeats.

Absolutely ridiculous that we haven't had a reply to our case nor any announcements from Amazon.

I am trying to do an Emergency manifest as others have suggested at : obaemergency .royalmail . com When I get to the Postage Product dropdown I do not have the option of CRL for standard RM24 or RM48. Does anybody know what to pick for this class of post? Thanks

I've contacted live chat and sent screenshots; they confirmed they're addressing the issue and manifests should appear soon, including backdated ones.

I also spoke with Royal Mail by phone, and they advised against submitting parcels without a manifest, as the issue remains unclear and they’re unsure if postage has been charged to the account. I can’t access this information on my Royal Mail account either.

Support suggested clearing cache and cookies and trying another browser, but it hasn’t helped. My customers will be upset about delays, so I’m considering emailing them to explain, but I’ll wait to see if the issue resolves. With only 30 minutes until the post office collection, this is very stressful.

Yes exactly the same I have cancelled labels and redone in RM site not ideal, I have opened a case and they told me there not a problem and I did not need to print them, they really do not know what they are doing, I have sent previous manifests to show what I normally receive.
