That is easy enough in your settings.
You dont actually close accounts, you simply stop selling in other countries by deselecting the relevant boxes. It takes a while to proliferate and you do need to check back in those countries and sometimes delete ASINS. Make sure you disable the Build International Listings Tool - BIL.

I've recently stopped selling in the EU (too few sales, too much cost and admin) - the biggest issue was deregistering for VAT - 5 months on and it's nearly done! I left the accounts open but deleted all the listings - I got the typical scary 'your account is under threat' warnings every time one of the EU VAT numbers was cancelled, and every time I explained what was happening. Eventually SS got the message. It's been a long, tough journey but so worth it.
