Letter of Authorisation -- verification
A message has popped up on my Amazon

It is not at all clear but it seems they want a “letter of authorisation”. I have no idea what this is
I completed the verification process several years ago.
Does anybody have any idea what they want?

yes i had this - I uploaded the letter authorizing myself (I am sole trader) but it failed the first time. I had to change something in my settings aswell to say I was the legal representative of my company.
i did that and i was all good to go 10 mins later.
