Need help regarding filing an appeal with amaozn
I got a warning email from amaozn about counterfeit products.Now i want to explain amaozn that is my competitor who is trying to shut down my account I am sending email to amaozn but i always get this reply that add a complaint ID etc which i added too but email is returning back to me.Please help.

How is the competitor trying to shut you down? Did you receive any intellectual property rights infringement complaints or Policy Warnings?
If this is the case, you will need to appeal by following all the steps mentioned in the notice. Also, it would be good if you posted it here in full, if you would like some help.
The BuyBox feature has nothing to do with this as there are also policies regarding intellectual property, which would enable rights owners to remove you from a listing.

Amazon’s reply merely says that the rep was unable to locate your account, nor identify the report for which you were appealing.
Did you use your registered email address to send your query, because Amazon don’t seem to recognize the one you contacted them from

Yes Amaozn email me a warning email here i have attached the screenshot. Actually the competitor first of all tried to make a bulk of purchase from my store which my sensed told me is suspicious so i cancelled all bulk orders but later on after few days amaozn email and mentioned the same company who has complained to amaozn about counterfeit products. So, i came to know its the same company who tried to make a bulk purchase from me and now complained to amaozn.
