Hoping someone can help please:

1. when a customer return label is auto-authorised but the customer does not actually return the item/use the label am I still charged for the label? It still shows as a £2.79 charge in the return request but obviously it has not been used. I cannot afford to lose £2.79 even if the return is not sent back. I have open return requests from 50 days ago just sitting there and not sure what to do with them.

2. pre Christmas I think I saw lots of Amazon messaging about free returns. Were they offering that for marketplace sellers also, and if so I assume they pay for that, so when I charge for the return label Amazon just sucks up the cost?

So a buyer returns a item with an amazon prepaid return label (they are responsible for the return costs)

Amazon debit me £3.35 once they use the label,then auto refund the buyer for the item minus the cost of the label,

However they only take the cost of the label before vat from the buyer - £2.79.meaning I am paying the buyers vat on their label

Is this correct?

Surely the buyer should pay £3.35 for the return label?

I have asked amazon about this,amazon say it is because I am not vat registered therefore I can not charge vat on the postage label to the buyer....but I am not the one selling them the postage label?

It's been two days and we've not been able to access our seller central due to an error that comes up stating "Invalid Charge Method". However, the charge method is valid. We've tried switching to two different credit cards and both have been charged and Amazon deducted £1 from both business bank accounts on each try.

The same card has been used on this amazon account for more than an year and it has been working perfectly. It suddenly got invalid, this does not make sense.

Here is a full walkthrough of how the error occurs:

- Once card is replaced, it shows a confirmation banner at the top of screen that card has been verified.

- £1 fee is deducted from bank account.

- Couple seconds later, it returns the error: Unable to charge.

All the information added is correct including the card details and the billing address, it is very confusing that why its returning the Unable to charge error while it does indeed charge the £1 fee.

Additionally, both cards are also inline with Amazon's policy and does not violate any of the requirements for adding a card.

We've been able to make purchases with both of the cards which confirms that they are valid and working.

I have contacted Seller Support but they havent come back yet. Meanwhile, could anyone please provide guidance on this if possible?
