Account deactivation, KYC review was not passed

My selling account was flagged for a KYC review, and I promptly submitted all the requested documents, which are accurate and valid. However, I was informed that my document information couldn't be verified, leading to the revocation of my selling privileges and making my store unusable.

I'm genuinely unsure about what went wrong during the verification process. I invested significant time and money to secure the necessary documents from my bank, hired registered translators to accurately translate them, and carefully submitted everything to Amazon. Now, I've received a rejection without any explanation.

Could you please clarify why my account has been restricted?

Why wasn't my phone number used to notify me of any issues before the account deactivation? It's provided for situations like this, right? Also, what is the status of the funds in my restricted Amazon Handmade account? I have no A-to-Z Guarantee claims or chargebacks, yet my funds have been blocked for over 90 days, and I still can't access them.

Please help me make sense of this frustrating situation.

This isn't the place to contact Amazon, its a sellers forum with questions mainly answered by other sellers. You'll need to open a case with Seller Support (from Help) or contact KYC
