Can I include my email address on literature within Amazon Orders
Apologies if this has been asked before, I have searched forums / googled etc and can’t find an answer. I sell printed tote bags in the Handmade category, they are my own designs that I print myself so all the packaging etc is designed by me. I’m in the process of designing some thank you postcards to include in orders that will have care info / encourage reviews etc and wondered if it’s ok to include my email address on that? I’d like to encourage customers to contact me directly in the event of any issues rather than going straight for an A-Z (which they have done previously!). I know that I’m not allowed to include my personal web address or anything that would encourage buyers to leave Amazon and my email address contains my web address so any computer savvy customer would be able to work it out. Am I over thinking this or would my email address be a no no? Ta

Technically you should not, certainly if you try and put an email address into a message, Amazon will remove it, so that tells you where they sit on the issue. Providing direct contact details will be seen as an effort to move business away from the site, which is against policies. The real question is would they ever find out about it, which is probably unlikely to be honest, but is this a risk you are prepared to take ?

Ditto - Langley above has it spot on.

I sell cards which I design and print myself which have my web address on and I’m pretty sure most mass produced products probably have the manufacturers contact details printed somewhere on the packaging. Could you tie your info to the handle of the bag as a swing ticket so it became part of the product rather than an insert?

I attach a return address label to all packages I send out. It has all my contact details on it - address, phone number and email address.
I regularly receive items I have ordered from Amazon marketplace sellers that are sent in packaging that has website details on it.
Amazon discourage this. But do little to enforce any restriction.
