Can someone please help me with this.

I have sold on Amazon in other categories and now want to sell products in the food and grocery category. I made my purchase of items from a reputable wholesalers and uploaded the required information. Each time, i have received messages requesting other information and on every occasion I have submitted this. I am now at a complete loss as to why I keep on being declined in this category despite providing everything that has been requested. I now have products that I cannot sell and I am feeling somewhat frustrated and disappointed. I was looking forward to at some stage selling herbal teas but now do not know if it is worth purchasing other items. I need help, and clarity on what I can do to get ungated.
