Vine stopped
Hi guys, i distrubited my products with amazon vine and give 30 products free but only 20 of vine reviewers got the products. After one month it is still 20 people got the products. Amazon charged me from 30 products. Any advice for me to what to do?

do you mean only 20 buyers received products , or only 20 buyers left a review
afaik, unless you only listed 2 single units using the current special offer, you are charged the set £140 regardless of how many buyers leave a review
have you gone through your orders to see if any of them received 2 units ?

If you mean that 10 units are unclaimed then there’s no guarantee that all 30 would be claimed. As was stated, once a single review is left you are charged the full amount.
