Hello Amazon,

We've received notification emails about missing product safety compliance information for a few ASINs. However, we cannot find a way to submit our test reports except quoting to the 3rd party TIC providers.

Hi @Seller_DUaW4kjiJ7BxD, Thank you for reaching out to us. Here are the steps I recommend to submit food and product safety compliance test reports for ASINs

1. Go to the Performance tab in Seller Central and select “Account health”. Under “Policy compliance”, click on “Food and product safety issues” to identify the specific ASINs that need compliance documentation.

2. For each ASIN, click “Submit” under the “Next steps” column to upload the test reports and other required documentation. Be sure to provide all the information requested.

If you believe the compliance requirement does not apply to your product, you can submit an appeal by selecting the “Submit appeal” option. Provide a clear explanation and any supporting evidence.

Best,

Kai

Hi @Seller_r1z5k5KqDStfm

Thank you for sharing your case ID with us. Due to European Directive and Standard regulations, as well as Amazon’s requirements, products are classified as toys depending on various characteristics, including their play value, child-appealing characteristics, manufacturer recommended minimum age, as well as other factors.

Please refer our new policy for children’s toys.

We appreciate your commitment to following proper compliance procedures.

Best,

Kai

@Kai_Amazon

That really is not a helpful reply, can you actually look at the detail and then look at your link, the link is for your own branded items.

These are branded products and the brand supplies the compliance documents for and always has done, these are not our brands

We have supplied you the compliance documents that are 100% accurate, EN71s, testing EC Declaration of Conformity.

Do you not understand these are not our products !

You have just said that you will not accept compliance documents from manufacturers !

I will, pass this onto our contacts at Fila Lyra EDX TickiT Daler Rowney etc and let them contact Amazon as this is crazy in fact I still believe this is a complete error and for some reason you think these are our brands

Hi @Seller_r1z5k5KqDStfm, Sorry for the late reply. Please note that TIC testing must be conducted by an approved TIC testing lab as listed in our help pages. This requirement applies to all the products. Once any seller submits and receives approval for the TIC testing on a particular ASIN, all sellers can list on that ASIN. After approval, your Account Health Dashboard will be updated to reflect compliance with testing requirements.

Please contact Seller Support for more information.

Hi @Seller_r1z5k5KqDStfm, Thank you for reaching out regarding Amazon's policy. I understand this may cause inconvenience, but compliance with Amazon's toy safety standards and regulations is mandatory. This requires either annual testing or verification of existing test documents by a Third-party Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) service provider.

Please contact Seller Support if you have any questions.
