Submit Food and Product Safety Compliance Test Reports
Hello Amazon,
We've received notification emails about missing product safety compliance information for a few ASINs. However, we cannot find a way to submit our test reports except quoting to the 3rd party TIC providers.
Can you guide us on how to submit the test reports we have already got please?
Thanks,

Hi @Seller_DUaW4kjiJ7BxD, Thank you for reaching out to us. Here are the steps I recommend to submit food and product safety compliance test reports for ASINs
1. Go to the Performance tab in Seller Central and select “Account health”. Under “Policy compliance”, click on “Food and product safety issues” to identify the specific ASINs that need compliance documentation.
2. For each ASIN, click “Submit” under the “Next steps” column to upload the test reports and other required documentation. Be sure to provide all the information requested.
If you believe the compliance requirement does not apply to your product, you can submit an appeal by selecting the “Submit appeal” option. Provide a clear explanation and any supporting evidence.
Best,
Kai

Hi @Seller_sJUyozDeS1DKy, Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand that your ASINs have been approved but are still showing as violations on your dashboard. To help resolve this discrepancy, please contact Seller Support with the following information:
1. The 2 ASIN numbers that were approved
2. The appeal case ID/reference numbers
3. Date of approval
4. Any approval confirmation emails/notifications

Kai

Hi @Kai_Amazon
Can you make sense of this please as we are an authorised retailer and buy directly from the manufacturers of the products. (these are multinational companies that Amazon sell on the same listings)
EDX, Daler Rowney, TickiT to name a few
Any compliance has always been on Manage Your Compliance where we attach the EN71 & Declaration of Conformity but for some reason we have a large number of requests under Policy and it is asking us to get 3rd party testing !
Asking seller support is really not getting anywhere as we get standard generic responses.
I have spoken to the manufacturers and they are baffled by what you are asking.
Thanks

Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you please share your case IDs for each brand? If you haven't contacted to seller support yet, please contact to them.
Best,
Kai

Hi @Kai_Amazon
I do have a number of these but have added 3 cases, all are branded companies, all are sold by Amazon on the same listing and sourced from the same company as us.
We have all the relevant documentation that is needed as we have always had.
I have previously said that these requests should not be on Policy but manage Your Compliance
Case ID 11578701502 - Daler Rowney
Case IDs 11578638082, 11561327062 - EDX
Thanks for looking into it, I can add other cases as well

Hi, Not sure if you have seen these cases but have at least another 15 before I start on the other 38
Need clarification why you are not accepting manufacturers EC Declaration of Conformity & EN71s as you always have done, there seems to be complete confusion as these are not our brands and are other companies all of which Amazon sell and it is on the actual listing ?

Hi @Seller_r1z5k5KqDStfm
Thank you for sharing your case ID with us. Due to European Directive and Standard regulations, as well as Amazon’s requirements, products are classified as toys depending on various characteristics, including their play value, child-appealing characteristics, manufacturer recommended minimum age, as well as other factors.
Please refer our new policy for children’s toys.
We appreciate your commitment to following proper compliance procedures.
Best,
Kai

That really is not a helpful reply, can you actually look at the detail and then look at your link, the link is for your own branded items.
These are branded products and the brand supplies the compliance documents for and always has done, these are not our brands
We have supplied you the compliance documents that are 100% accurate, EN71s, testing EC Declaration of Conformity.
Do you not understand these are not our products !
You have just said that you will not accept compliance documents from manufacturers !
I will, pass this onto our contacts at Fila Lyra EDX TickiT Daler Rowney etc and let them contact Amazon as this is crazy in fact I still believe this is a complete error and for some reason you think these are our brands

What is the price for each item that has Documents

@Kai_Amazon
Not heard from you for 3 days since last reply
We do follow all compliance and have always supplied the correct documents, in this case you are not allowing us to do so
Again you do realise these are other brands products that we have all compliance for ! and they do completely comply with all European Directives, you have also always accepted them.
Can you please expand on why you think they need 3rd party testing
