Organic sales and how to identify them?

I’ve been selling on FBA for about three weeks. On the dashboard, the ‘orders’ always says 0 sales, when actually I do have sales in the day. Are the ‘Orders’ all purchases - organic and CPC and any idea what data they are pulling from ?
Also, I have asked seller central but they can’t help as they seemed to be confused with my question - which is, is there a way of seeing both sponsored sales and organic sales separately - maybe a different report? Only I can never seem to tally the sales figures. I think I’ve got my head around the sponsored reports - but those number of sales don’t tally with my inventory stock… Help please!
