Another Day - Another Customer SCAM - This one Cost me nearly $500
In May 2023 a customer bought a $230 bucket of pool chemicals, (merchant fulfilled) apparently they "could not open the bucket" (of course never attempted to contact us directly) so Customer Support allows them to keep the bucket and refunds them (because it is "hazardous, it can't be shipped back.)
Fast forward to August 2024 and can you guess what happened???
They bought another $230 bucket of the same stuff (merchant fulfilled) and miraculously they can't open that either... SMH (again never contacts us directly)
Amazon allows them to keep that too and refunds them now a 2nd time, 2 years in a row... Imagine that?
We file a Safe-T-Claim which is denied because the item is "hazardous and non-returnable" even though clearly a SCAM. I wonder how long until next year they do the same thing again?
I just don't understand how they are allowed to continue to perpetuate FRAUD???
