Packing process for sending multiple units of a single SKU for S&L
Quick question. I have looked but cannot find the answer in the maze of information regarding the packing process for sending multiple units of a single SKU for FBA Small and Light.
Currently I barcode all units and then group them together in clear outer bags (or boxes) and mark the quantity alongside another barcode on the outer bag/box. I then pack these into the shipping box that Amazon receive.
I now wish to send a high quantity of units of just one SKU. Can I forgo the outer bag and just pack the units carefully in the shipping box or do I still require a bag/box within a box?

yes you should ditch the bag and put them loose in the box - this rule changed last year

I literally lob them into the box once barcoded, no extra faff necessary (unless you’ve stated it’s required…)

The way I understand it is if Amazon go into a box and pull out 1 item, they expect that to be 1 item.
So if you put 12 items in a bag, and Amazon pull out 1 bag, they scan it and say ok theres 1 item there, and the next person who orders that item is likely to receive all 12.
I have items that are “bundles” I put those in a bag with the SKU on the bag and it contains maybe 3 different items. those 3 items might also be in the box separately as they are also sold individually but they are all just loose.
One box can sometimes contain 40 skus (my items are cards, so I can fit a lot in a box!) and they are all just loose
