Selling 1st Item
I want to sell used intel processor but I dont have an EAN or UPC number. I purchased it from the vendor but does not have an invoice. How do I sell this and can anyone share their experience or work around, many thanks.

Sorry to be blunt, but sell it elsewhere ! Without an EAN or UPC you won't be able to list it correctly on Amazon. Also, 'work arounds' are NOT the best idea on Amazon. All just IMO. When you say 'purchased from the vendor', what exactly do you mean ? - from the company ?
As you say this is your first item, you need to read thoroughly Amazon's Seller University - tells you all you need to know about selling on Amazon. Presumably this is a new seller account ? - and hopefully you opened a BUSINESS Seller Account - which is what you need to sell goods for profit, and are you registered with HMRC as self-employed (possibly sole-trader) ?
Selling on Amazon is not just about buying some goods and then selling them on - there is a lot more to it.

Thanks for the response, yes I am registered with HMRC and I have a business account £25 a month. But I dont have a registered trademark brand, but it ask me to enter generic as a brand name and use similar listed item as a product and sell the same. I did and when I listed the item it says my product is currently unavailable.

That's good about HMRC and Business account - so many new sellers fail to know that ! The fee is actually £30 a month as it is £25 +VAT ! Is your account fully verified ? - as that is maybe why it says unavailable. Yes, you can use generic (I think) but you must make sure that the item matches EXACTLY the listing you are adding to, not just be similar.

If its an Intel Processor, then I'd imagine the brand should be Intel.
Generic is really just for goods that have NO brand name on them at all.
Intel for example have a store on amazon.
If your particular process is on there - you should be able to list on the real Intel ASIN. Though you may also need to check if Intel are happy to allow Used sales of their item on Amazon. It looks like some of their processors are available Used - but I don't know enough about the market to confirm if they do allow it.

Thanks jillyb yes it is exactly the same and when I spoke to customer service rep, one said it will take 72 hours and other said it will take 24 hours. However, I will wait for 24 hours for the changes I made, and hopefully I will have a successful listing tomorrow. if I need some understanding on complicated issue, i would post for some experience response, thanks!

thank you thirtythreeandathird, when i enter Intel it says i need an approval and ask me submit invoices, I have submitted the invoice and it says it will give me a response by 17 april. However, I tried with another product, insted of selecting a brand name I selected generic and it allowed. I choose from the similar product listed and listed my item, but when I go to the page it says currently unavailable. I spoke to representative and they ask me to wait for 24 hours.
