I want to sell used intel processor but I dont have an EAN or UPC number. I purchased it from the vendor but does not have an invoice. How do I sell this and can anyone share their experience or work around, many thanks.

Sorry to be blunt, but sell it elsewhere ! Without an EAN or UPC you won't be able to list it correctly on Amazon. Also, 'work arounds' are NOT the best idea on Amazon. All just IMO. When you say 'purchased from the vendor', what exactly do you mean ? - from the company ?
As you say this is your first item, you need to read thoroughly Amazon's Seller University - tells you all you need to know about selling on Amazon. Presumably this is a new seller account ? - and hopefully you opened a BUSINESS Seller Account - which is what you need to sell goods for profit, and are you registered with HMRC as self-employed (possibly sole-trader) ?
Selling on Amazon is not just about buying some goods and then selling them on - there is a lot more to it.

but how will the customer see my product if it doesn't reflect on the main page.

You have to hope customers know to look on the other sellers tab. Not all will do that - but enough will.
All sellers have had to start and go through this step.
You can generate a link if you find the product from your seller profile that will make it look like you hav the featured offer.
You could use this link off amazon (eg social media) to advertise your product on amazon.

If you dont mind if I ask another question, I listed another product however I received an approval from Intel to list the product so I want to list a processor, and I successfully did and it is reflecting on my inventory, however, when i click on that there is no pictures of mine nor price atleast. it has other seller details from where I copied the listing, and not even a option to buy or see all buying options available. can you provide some light if you have experience the same.

If you are listing against an existing ASIN - you need to understand that Amazon is a catlogue system. Its not like ebay where you have your own listing.
So the images should only really be changeable by the brand owner. Which is most likely to be Intel.
If you don't appear in the Other buying options box, it is possible amazon are testing on that listing and hiding any listings that have a high price point.

You can't. The listing is amazons, not yours. From that one - it looks to have been set up by a third party seller like yourself at some point. However, they become the defacto 'authority' on hte ASIN.
Amazon will take what they believe to be the best information from all sellers on hte listing. This includes images.
That being said - it looks like your images, at least on desktop appear on your offer under Other Sellers.
As for getting the featured offer. You won't be able to get that until you build up a sales history. Amazon don't state what that is, but if you are a new seller, you won't get the featured offer.

As it will give you a link that gives you the featured offer. Use this off amazon. My recommendation would be social media to drum up initial sales.
Eventually, you will start getting the featured offer.
