Same issue. There are no examples, and no feedback on submitted documents. Our listings have been disabled and support cannot provide any information

For listings on our UK-based store, you don’t need to submit any information to Amazon. You must, however, submit the required information for listings on our EU-based stores. For instructions, open this help page in the Seller Central website for the EU-based store, where you sell products in scope of the GPSR.

So for the GPSR safety document, we have sent in the Declaration of Conformity, which includes all of the appropriate safety information.
For the Safety/Instructions it has been a picture of the relevent safety booklet/insert information and or any markings on the product.
For the Compliance aspect, if you import products from outside of the EU you are deemed the manufacturer so its your details.
If your in the EU and its not your product, then its the manufacturers details and relevent EU person.
