Overseas buyer fees
An Overseas customer has just sent me a message saying they had to pay for an 'exchange rate' additional fee, is this correct, never heard of this before

In regard to your inquiry, if a buyer outside UK wants to buy a product from the marketplace they will be responsible for covering any fee, you can confirm this information on this buyer's help page.
[Products shipped outside of mainland UK may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by the authorities of the country of importation ("Import Fees"). For products sold by Amazon Export or sold by third party sellers and fulfilled by Amazon, you are responsible for paying all Import Fees and Amazon Export will estimate the Import Fees (if any) and collect a deposit from you at checkout ("Import Fees Deposit").
